You're invited to a fun evening on the rooftop of the Grand Hyatt Hotel San Diego! Enjoy the sunset over beautiful downtown San Diego and watch a movie under the stars. Open concession stand to indulge in classic movie concessions such as fresh popcorn, soda, candy, nachos, hot dogs, and even a chicken & waffle sandwich! We'll enjoy a full bar with beer, wine, and cinema-themed cocktails.
Our movie is "The Sandlot." This 1993 movie is set in the summer of 1962. A new kid in town is taken under the wing of a young baseball prodigy and his rowdy team, resulting in many adventures.
Doors open at 6:15 PM. Let's start the fun by hitting the concession stand and lounge, lawn games, and table games. Movie starts at 7:15 PM.

Transportation & parking: Guests can self-park at the Manchester Grand Hyatt’s garage (just off the hotel’s main entrance on W Harbor Dr) for $11 for up to 4 hours with a validation from the cinema box office. If the hotel’s garage is full there is a surface lot directly behind the hotel in the Seaport Village, parking rates vary by stay length. Alternatively, you can arrive via the San Diego Trolley (Green Line), just hop off at the Seaport Village Station and you will be directly across the street from the hotel. Getting to the rooftop: The cinema is located on the 4th Floor Sports Courts of the Harbor Tower in the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel. From the hotel garage, exit the elevator on the ground floor and follow the signs to the Harbor Tower. You will pass The Landing bar in the lobby and reach the Harbor Tower elevators or escalators to get to the 4th floor. Once you reach the 4th floor, follow the Rooftop Cinema Club signs (or the wayfinding signs for the Sports Courts). From the hotel lobby, turn left and walk in the direction of the Harbor Tower, when you reach The Landing bar turn right and you will find the Harbor tower elevators or escalators to the 4th floor. Once you reach the 4th floor, follow the Rooftop Cinema Club signs (or the wayfinding signs for the Sports Courts).
